Really happy with the work that Alex and his team did with installing underfloor and ground moisture barrier at my house. Very professional and efficient from giving a quote to completing the job. The price quoted was very competitive and he also charged me less after the job completion as the job was less than the quoted measurement which shows his honesty. Highly recommend Alex and Kaiser Insulation for any insulation job.
Great!!! Alex did such a wonderful job for my ceiling insulation. My ceiling is the old pinex one which is super fragile so I was worried about working on top of it when I was searching for someone to get it done. I mentioned it during the communicating and Alex and his team are beyond my expectations by completing the insulation perfectly while not touching my fragile ceiling at all! No wonder why there are so much great reviews. Communication is smooth and easy and the price is super reasonable. Definitely recommend! Will return to them if I need further maintenance/repair/etc in future.

Could not be happier with the service. We’ve got an old 1960s property and needed a ground moisture barrier to help with dampness in the home. Alex was very responsive and helpful, the team came very quickly and were tidy and professional throughout. Alex and his team installed some Mammoth insulation on one of our projects, in Takapuna. They did a marvellous job, and Alex arrived when he said he would, and completed it very quickly, considering this particular product takes a long time to install. Kaiser Property were the cheapest of three quotes. They did an amazing job and were a pleasure to deal with. Photos and certificates produced promptly on completion. Highly recommend.

We used Kaiser to soundproof between the kids bedrooms and ours when we moved into a new house. The result is amazing. We can’t hear their chatter anymore. Alex and his sidekick were efficient and polite and tidied up super well after they finished. I genuinely recommend them.
