What a Full Upgrade Typically Includes
A full insulation upgrade usually involves the following key areas that determine comfort and energy efficiency in a home.
Ceiling Insulation (priority)
Heat rises, and many homes often lose huge amounts of warmth through the ceiling. We assess what’s already there and either top it up, or remove and replace it so the insulation performs properly long-term.
Underfloor Insulation
Cold air sits under the house and moves up through timber floors. Proper underfloor insulation makes floors noticeably warmer and reduces draughts throughout the home.
Ground Moisture Barrier (GMB)
Even when soil looks and feels dry, it constantly releases moisture vapour. A ground moisture barrier stops rising damp, keeping your home drier, healthier and easier to heat. Done together, these upgrades make a dramatic difference to how a home feels and performs.
