Auckland insulation specialists focused on doing the job right — from ceiling and underfloor insulation through to full upgrades and Healthy Homes compliance.
Based in Epsom, Auckland.
Kaiser Insulation is an Auckland insulation team delivering quality work at sharp pricing. We’re an efficient, hands-on crew. You deal directly with the person responsible for the outcome, start to finish.
Being the biggest insulation company isn’t the aim. We’d rather be the most trusted.
Our approach is simple: an easy experience, top-notch workmanship with service people genuinely appreciate. Our fair pricing comes from running lean and working efficiently, not cutting corners. You’ll pay for quality materials installed properly, not a salesperson’s commission or unnecessary overheads.
Ceiling insulation, underfloor insulation, wall insulation, or Healthy Homes compliance. We’ll explain and provide a range of options. No upselling, just straight advice on what makes sense.
Over time, we’ve built a reputation for taking on jobs others don’t want or can’t do. Awkward access, tight cavities or rodent infestations aren’t problems. Instead they’re challenging jobs we enjoy and take pride in getting done right. We’re based in Auckland and work across the entire region (town & country), and regularly travel to Waikato, Northland and Coromandel. If you’re looking for insulation done properly without drama, get in touch.

Alex and his team installed some Mammoth insulation on one of our projects, in Takapuna. They did a marvellous job, and Alex arrived when he said he would, and completed it very quickly, considering this particular product takes a long time to install. Will be using Kaiser Insulation on our next project. Cheers Alex!
So happy with my insulation job completed by Alex and his team of professionals. Alex responded to my enquiry promptly and my job requirements with some different options which gave me choices and all at very good pricing . His team were punctual, incredibly polite and friendly and extremely efficient. They over delivered and left the property in a very tidy and clean condition, taking all their rubbish away with them. I would recommend Kaiser Insulation to absolutely anyone for price, efficiency and service with a smile. The PS3 and Branz information were provided promptly at the end of the job in time for the inspector. Well done guys! and Thank You So Much Alex. You are running a great business!
Alex, Simon & Alesana. Three of the nicest guys you will meet. Alex gave me an unbeatable quote, and some great advice. His pleasant nature made me feel I was making the right decision. Simon & Alesana, who were so friendly and respectful, then did an amazing job on the installation. On the very first night I could feel the difference in the warmth of my house. I am very happy with my insulation. Take care guys, and thank you!
We had an amazing experience with Kaiser insulation team on our 1910 villa! Alex, Simon and Alesana were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly took real pride in their work. Everything was done with great care and attention to detail, the install was super tidy and neat, and they left everything spotless. Along with a great service, the pricing was competitive. We’ve already been recommending them to friends and will absolutely use them again in the future. Couldn’t be happier! “Alex from Kaiser Property helped me install ceiling insulation in order to achieve Healthy Homes Requirement. Alex had exceptional communication and was able to provide me with a competitive quote compared to that of other tradesmen from builders crack. Alex turned up on time and completed the job in the timeframe he previously discussed. Alex upgraded my quoted insulation spec to a superior product free of charge. The installation was very professional. Could not recommend more!”
Really happy with the work that Alex and his team did with installing underfloor and ground moisture barrier at my house. Very professional and efficient from giving a quote to completing the job. The price quoted was very competitive and he also charged me less after the job completion as the job was less than the quoted measurement which shows his honesty. Highly recommend Alex and Kaiser Insulation for any insulation job.

I was very happy with the work that Alex and his boys did at my place, they installed ceiling insulation, underfloor insulation and also a moisture barrier. Overall the service was professional and efficient. I really appreciated his pragmatic approach and suggestions to get the job done properly and at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and I recommend him to any of my friends and colleagues who are looking for this kind of work to be done.
Alex and his team were excellent to deal with. They communicated clearly and were transparent about costs and options. He arrived on time and made sure the job was done to a high standard. They were priced competitively. Would 100% use them again.
Alex and his team completed a tricky roof space and under floor insulation install along with the laying, staking and taping of an under house ground moisture barrier. The work carried out is of the highest calibre. The team being polite and considerate throughout the process. Based on our experience, would highly recommend Kaiser Insulation. Thanks Alex and crew. An outstanding result.
I chose the team at Kaiser Property to install a ground moisture barrier purely from the Google reviews I had read. I wasn't disappointed! From my first contact with Alex through to the completion of the job the process was seamless. Alex's communication was prompt and super-efficient. The work was carried out in a timely and tidy manner. Very happy customer :).
Alex and the team were simply the best tradies we've had during our 9month renovation. Nothing is too much, he does what he says when he says, prompt and on time and they always have a smile no matter how awkward our "underfloor area was".Quite simply thank you Kaiser Insulation for making our live easier ... and warmer :)
