This heritage villa was relocated as part of NZTA works on SH1 north of Auckland. Originally built for the client’s great-grandfather, it was moved onto family land and is undergoing extensive renovations to preserve it for future generations.
Our brief was simple: insulate it properly, without compromising the character or longevity of the home.
Older homes rarely give you perfect framing. With the right approach, that doesn’t stop you achieving a high-quality result without overcomplicating the job or the cost.
